Borrow Tomorrow, Steal Today

Rockwell That Ends Well is taken largely from a Nelson Rockwell painting entitled "The Gossips". I have never heard Rockwell mentioned in reference to comics (sequential art) ,but as I went through a collection of his Saturday Evening Post materials, I found more than a few pieces that could only be charaterized as comics.
After reading "The Gossips", I thought "What a great gag...but the ending needs work." I added a little bit of a story so that the conclusion makes more sense. In Rockwell's original the gossiping woman is rebuked for gossiping, but we have no idea what about. In Rockwell That Ends Well, I added context by having it be a story about a braggart who spills the beans about a romantic hookup, only to be rebuked for such.
